We have launched two calls for applications that target consultants/ team of consultants with relevant CSO experience for the planning and implementation of two activities in the context of the Black Sea NGO Forum project „Building CSO Capacity for Regional Cooperation within the Black Sea Region”, funded by the Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation (BST), a German Marshall Fund project.
1) Call for Applications for Consultants for the design and implementation of a Training Programme on Online Communications & Digital Marketing
Our first Call for Applications targets consultants/ team of consultants with relevant CSO experience in the field of online communication and digital skills, with the purpose of designing and implementing an Online Communications & Digital Marketing Training Programme for CSO representatives in the Black Sea Region, having as main outcome to increase the capacity of CSO leaders in the Black Sea Region in what regards communications skills and ensure CSO sustainability and visibility.
The main topics which will be addressed during the programme, will be focused on online communications – creative approaches to modern print, visual, video and audio content, online tools, instruments and platforms, online/ social media campaigns, etc. and on digital marketing – SEO, SEM, data analytics, for increasing beneficiaries & stakeholders’ reach and engagement in online activities etc.
2) Call for Applications for Consultants for the design and implementation of a Training Programme on Project Management in Times of Crisis
Our second Call for Applications targets consultants/ team of consultants with relevant CSO experience in the field of project management, with the purpose of designing and implementing a Project Management Training Programme for CSO representatives in the Black Sea Region, having as main outcome to increase the capacity of CSOs in the Black Sea Region to engage in regional cooperation and ensure CSO sustainability and resilience.
The main topics which will be addressed during the programme, will be focused on project planning and management, with an emphasis initiating, planning and implementing projects, online tools and instruments, budgeting, staff management, delivery of results, and on managing project risks and changes (time and risk management) in times of crisis, accessing financing opportunities available for civil society organizations in the Black Sea Region, and implementing innovative methods on ensuring financial sustainability (business model approach).
The deadline for both of our calls for applications is the 4th of October 2020, 23:59 Romania time (GMT+2).
We kindly ask interested candidates to send their applications at [email protected], mentioning in the Subject of the email the call to which they are applying.
In order to be considered eligible, the application must contain:
CV;
Motivation letter (in accordance with the specificities of the call to which they are applying);
Two relevant samples of courses/ trainings developed by the applicant(s), one of them preferably on a subject related to the subject of the assignment. Please note that the samples will not be made public, their use will be solely for the selection process;
Activity plan of the assignment (including a calendar of activities);
Candidates accepted for the second selection stage (interviews) will be announced on the 7th of October 2020. The interviews will take place between 8th and 9th of October 2020, via Skype.
