The Konrad Adenauer Foundation in cooperation with the Partnership for Democratic Change Slovakia (PDCS) is announcing the selection of CSOs and individual civic activists from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine to participate in the online training sessions. The topics of the online sessions will be:

TRAINING 1: Community organizing and civic activism – how to use peaceful civic action to gain support of the community for a civil society cause (Three half-day sessions in March 2021)

TRAINING 2: Crowdfunding and Crowdsourcing – how to engage the wider public to support CSOs through online crowdfunding and crowdsourcing (Three half-day sessions in April 2021)

The objectives of the online sessions are:  to increase the capacity of the CSOs and civic activists in community mobilization and crowdfunding/crowdsourcing as well as to promote cross-border cooperation among the CSOs and civic activists from Eastern Partnership countries.

The trainings will be held in English!

Organizations and individuals can either attend only one or both sessions, based on their interest and needs.

By the end of the trainings, participants will develop joint project ideas which will be funded by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation. During the implementation of the project, the trainers from PDCS Slovakia and KAS will mentor the organizations and provide them with the support needed to fulfil the project.

Interested organizations should send a short information about their organization (indicating the country where the organization is registered, the topics the organization is working on and the website or FB page of the organization). Please indicate, which of the sessions you would like to attend.

Interested individuals should send a short bio, which should include a description of the work they do in the civil society sector/ civic actions and civil society campaigns and activities they are involved in. Please indicate, which of the sessions you would like to attend.
