Position
Project Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project planning, set up and manage support functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, quality management and internal communication - Produce consolidated reporting to the Project Director, provide project logistics - Collect and analyze project data and information - Develop and manage project plans reviewing the plans regularly to ensure tasks and milestones are being achieved and prepare quarterly programming reports and project status reports - Coordinate all project phases and schedules, arrange support services - Take an active part in the project issue/risk management process, manage project Field Assistants works as well as other project staff - Collect material, and provide effective intercourse with employees in project implementation process - Make field trips to targeted communities to coordinate activities of field assistants
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Management, Humanities, English, Business Administration or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience - At least 5 years of experience in project management, preference will be given to long term projects - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Armenian and English - Advanced computer skills - Ability to travel around Tavush region during the project, work overtime and on weekends if needed. - Demonstrated strong project and event management skills including prioritization and scheduling, great attention to details - Analytical and strategic thinking, problem solving skills - Reporting, business writing and presentation skills - Ability to achieve results and meet strict deadlines in an effective manner - Ability to set priorities and behave as a quick decision-maker in complex cases - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills
