Tasks

 

1. Make a detailed analysis of AUA’s social media performance.
2. Conduct competitive audience research and make a solid strategy for AUA’s social media platforms for the upcoming 6 months and onwards.
3. Work closely with the creative writer to generate social media content based on the developed strategy that incorporated the tone and voice of AUA.
4. Make appropriate edits and updates to the AUA social media guide.
5. Optimize the performance of AUA’s social media by creating a detailed plan for the year.
6. Manage AUA’s digital platforms and set the SM strategy and procedures in place for the Communications department to use in the future.
7. Schedule all SM posts on all social media platforms and develop the tone of voice for AUA’s SM platforms to be used once the 6-month contract is over.
8. Handle social media ad submissions and run ads on various platforms. 
9. Develop an annual SM campaign for AUA based on the results of the competitive audience research, ensuring a clear implementation of the campaigns.
10. Research and set up new digital platforms in line with University-specific needs.
11. Conduct trainings for all of Communications people who work with social media on different topics related to SSM and SEO and train the newly hired Marketing and PR Specialist to lead the SSM and SEO for AUA once the 6-months contract is over.

 

Qualifications

 

• University Degree in communications or marketing related field.

 

• Fluency in English and Armenian. Knowledge of Russian is a plus.

 

• At least 2 years of proven SMM and SEO work experience.

 

• Excellent consulting, presentation and communication skills.

 

• Positive attitude, demonstrated enthusiasm, good multitasking and organisational ability.
