JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Project Assistant assists in the implementation of the institute’s projects in the field of policy research, education and advocacy. The Project Assistant provides technical support, handles logistics and communication, engages in monitoring, and participates in some project activities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Take calls, provide support to visitors
• Maintain contacts, documentation and communication
• Monitor media coverage, performance and feedback
• Organize procurement, travel and meetings
• Contribute to reporting, translations, field work and desk research
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• BA degree in Political Science, Social Sciences or Humanities
• Relevant job experience
• Interest in political and social sciences
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Excellent writing skills in English and Armenian (Russian is an asset)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
