The Certificate Program in Non-Profit Management implemented by the American University of Armenia (AUA), Extension Program, is initiated through BRIDGE for CSOs program lead by the Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU) together with the Eurasia Partnership Foundation and financed by the European Union.
AUA Extension is inviting to express interest in completing a short-term task of conducting market research, in the scope of the newly established Certificate Program in Non-Profit Management.
The task includes:
- Conducting market research on the capacity building needs in the local NGO sector;
- Conducting market research on the capacity building offerings in the local NGO trainings market;
- Conducting market research on the non-profit sector related capacity building offerings at local universities and educational institutions;
- Providing recommendations on demands and supply of relevant trainings in Armenia;
- Providing a brief on the trends in the local and international NGO training markets, including the most actual topics in academic training and professional capacity building;
- Preparing a full market research paper (in English) as well as a summary paper with the main findings and recommendations.
The successful candidates should have:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Sociology, Political science or related fields;
- At least 3 years of research experience;
- Research background and successful track record of relevant research conducted;
- Strong knowledge of the Armenian NGO sector training needs;
- Professional communication skills in English and Armenian.
