The CSCF provides the most comprehensive child-centered program in Armenia.  It provides medical, psychological, legal, educational, and hospitality services for 3-18 year old children in difficult situations. These include beggars and vagrants; abandoned and homeless children; those with behavioral problems and in conflict with their families and the law; those who’ve dropped out of school; as well as the abused and neglected. Since its establishment, the Center has provided services to more than 4500 children and sheltered about 2000 children in crisis.
