Lund University will deliver four international education programmes within the Swedish Institute’s Public Sector Innovation Programme. The purpose is to strengthen the capacity of professionals to contribute to innovation in the public sector and support the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for sustainable development.

In addition, the winners will have the opportunity to be mentored by experts of HSBC and Ashoka on how to scale their innovation. The call for proposals aims to assist cities and towns in five countries of the Eastern Partnership – Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine – to develop and implement a Cultural Development Strategy, following the approach of the European Capitals of Culture.
