If you are awarded the contract, you are not excluded from bidding for the implementation of the following project phase. However, a prerequisite for participation in a subsequent tender is that you do not benefit from your involvement in the previous contract and that the equal treatment of all bidders is ensured.

The support program for creators and researchers is the first grant program implemented through the "Literature Promotion Division" operating in the National Library of Armenia. It was created to support cultural studies, literature, and literary criticism projects. The program provides up to one million drams for long-term (up to one year) creative or research work that will promote the development and dissemination of artistic prose genres and scientific and cultural literature. The works created as a result of the project will be published on the online platform to ensure wide public access. The winners of the grant program should have two publications in electronic or print media in 2019, as well as present their works in regional libraries.
