The Goerdeler Kolleg is an advanced training program for the next generation of executives. In the course of the year, participants take part in three seminars and implement a project in their home country.
Twenty German-speaking participants from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Serbia, Turkey, and Ukraine take part in the program each year. They work in public administration, in business or in non-profit organizations.
The Kolleg is conducted in cooperation with the German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP). It supports committed individuals who want to actively shape their societies, makes it possible for participants to share their experiences in a united Europe and strengthens responsible, socially oriented behavior in changing societies.
Prof. Günter Verheugen, former Vice President of the European Commission accompanies the participants as director of the Kolleg. The working language for the seminars is German.
