DURATION: 4-6 months with opportunity to get a Permanent Job offer
LOCATION: Yerevan, Armenia
PURPOSE OF INTERNSHIP: To assist the project team by performing necessary program duties and ensuring timely and accurate implementation of all project activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participate in organization of events (presentations, discussions, trainings, etc.)

Having frequent short trips to different regions in Armenia in purpose of organizing trainings
-
Assist in preparing for outreach activities, including conferences, press conferences, round tables, receptions, etc.
-
Participate in development of project related documents (RFPs, ToRs, contracts, reports)
-
Assist the project team in conducting programmatic monitoring (site visits) and reviewing projects’ reports, drafting site-visit reports in coordination with Chairman

Arrange translation, interpretation, editing and proofreading.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Bachelor’s degree in the field of Linguistics, Public Management or Local Governance

Demonstrated experience in analyzing information, preparing analytic reports, preparing and delivering presentations

Excellent command of English and Armenian languages
-
Computer literacy
-
Good writing skills and attention to details
-
Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
-
Ability to learn fast and work in teams
