Coordinator for Education Concept Implementation, 2017, Open Society Foundations, Armenia

Qualifications will include:

• Dedication to the ideas of open, democratic and tolerant society and transparent and accountable government
• Strong interest and relevant experience in the field of education policies
• Adequate knowledge of the current education field and reforms underway in Armenia
• Minimum Masters degree preferably in social sciences
• Seven years minimum experience in an international organization working in the education or relevant field
• Good working knowledge and understanding of the policy context with policy analytical and writing skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential issues
• Self-motivation with an ability to set and meet goals
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work long hours
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Capacity and willingness to study new areas and develop new skills
• Fluency in English and Armenian
