EBRD Civil Society Programme at the 25th Annual Meeting (11-12 May 2016, London, UK)
The Civil Society Programme 2016 will take place in London, UK, on 11-12 May in parallel with the EBRD Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors and Business Forum. We would like to invite you to attend the Programme and take part in the discussions with EBRD staff, senior management, the Board of Directors and the President.
Special features of the Civil Society Programme 2016 will be discussions on:
· 25 years of Transition - The Role of Civil Society in Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia with Sergei Guriev, Professor at Sciences Po Paris and incoming EBRD Chief Economist
· The Role of Civil Society in Public Procurement with speakers from the EBRD region and international organisations

Submit your proposal for the organisation of a thematic panel
CSOs are invited to submit their proposal for the organisation of a thematic panel dedicated to the question of how CSOs can play a role in development finance in the EBRD region. Please submit your proposal by using the attached template and guidelines.
The deadline for submitting proposals for thematic panels at [email protected] is 18 March.
The Civil Society Engagement Unit will select a winning proposal for the thematic panel in accordance with the guidelines and communicate the choice by 25 March.
Registration
Registration to the Civil Society Programme is now open on our registration website.
When you complete the online pre-registration, you will receive an acknowledgement that your application is being processed. Please allow three working days for the processing of your registration. Once your request to participate is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the username and password that allow you to finalise your registration.
CSO participation
The participation at the Civil Society Programme is open to representatives of CSOs and other civil society stakeholders accredited and registered by the EBRD. Participation of CSOs is free of charge for up to a maximum of two representatives per organisation.
Please kindly note that participants are responsible for their own visa, travel and accommodation arrangements.
