Job Requirements

• Participate in the design and planning of research projects;
• Work closely with research analysts to collect, classify and analyze data;
• Conduct macroeconomic and public policy analysis;
• Prepare industry and sector studies, policy papers based on thorough research;
• Develop presentations, reports and present to clients;
• Contribute to activities related to project management.

Required Skills

 

• Advanced degree in social sciences (economics, sociology, political sciences etc.), statistics, data sciences or other relevant fields dealing with social data analysis;
• Experience in conducting studies, analyzing data using mathematical models and statistical techniques, and developing research papers;
• Analytical research report writing and presentation skills;
• Some expertise is desirable in working with research or development institutions (non-governmental, economic and private sector development, governance, policy-making and related areas);
• Good organizational skills with ability to process and classify information quickly and efficiently;
• Experience in analysis using statistical software and programming languages (e.g. R programming, Python);
• Fluency in English and Armenian languages, knowledge of Russian is desirable;
• Ability to work as a part of a team and meet tight deadlines.
