Job Description:
Transparency International Anti-Corruption Center (TIAC) is looking for a person who is interested in electoral processes and has experience in project management who will join the TIAC team and will be willing to support fair and transparent elections in Armenia by coordinating the TIAC electoral programs and the team's activities.
The preferred candidate should have knowledge of electoral legislation, interest in international experience, excellent expertise in organizational and team leadership, excellent analytical and written presentation skills as well as oral communication skills, representation of stakeholder relationships, and negotiation in complex and conflict situations.
The objectives and requirements of the Program Coordinator are:
- - Managing / coordinating skills needed for management (coordination) of the program (s) to ensure the implementation of the proposed tasks and activities, joint work with partner organizations, process and outcome analysis, integrity of project documentation and reporting.
- - Team managerial skills are needed to engage and guide the required staff, transfer the skills needed, provide professional guidance, troubleshoot problems, and monitor performance, and provide effective collaboration with partners.
- - Expertise in the electoral field needed for the team's professional guidance and support, electoral policy analysis and recommendations development, and their representation in stakeholder engagement.
- - Product development skills needed for summarizing the current and final results of the project, preparing analytical materials and reports, and developing recommendations.
- - Communication and negotiation skills needed for effective communication with interested parties, participation in negotiation processes, as well as for presenting and disseminating information through the media.
Candidate requirements are:
Professional competences:
- - higher education or retraining experience in at least 3 years in public policy, law or related fields
- - knowledge of elections, electoral processes and international standards
- - Reports and Suggestions and Analytical Skills
- - software suggestions and reporting capabilities
- - Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English languages
- - computer basic knowledge (MS Office, Internet)
- - oral and written communication and negotiation skills
