Public Policy Expert in TIAC
The organization is looking for a public policy expert who will join the TIAC team and will be willing to support the new democratic governance of Armenia and fight corruption and will be responsible for developing national anti-corruption agenda, studying and analyzing national policies and international commitments, as well as elaborating relevant analytics, summaries and reports for:
The preferred candidate should be responsible and initiative, deeply aware of national anti-corruption laws and policies, have an interest in international anti-corruption practices and anti-corruption, have excellent analytical and written presentation skills, and communicate effectively with the stakeholder relationship.
The position of the Public Policy Expert is required:
Knowledge of anti-corruption national legislation / policy and international experience required for the study and analysis of policy policies, including legal acts and international commitments, according to the developed methodology
Excellent analytical and written skills needed to develop an annual report on expertise, policy briefs, analytics, reports, including TIAC corruption, to improve public policy
Excellent communication and presentation skills needed by the expert in different meetings, events, and media, and in presenting the organization's position
Innovation skills and attempts to work with government agencies that are needed to present and forward expert recommendations to improve the anti-corruption policy
Professional competences:
- -higher education or retraining in law, public policy or other similar fields
- -At least 3 years of experience in public management and / or profound knowledge / analysis on anti-corruption policy / legislation and international experience
- -studies and analyzes, as well as reporting / reporting and policy analysis and summarizing experiences
- -experience / desirability of research / monitoring methodology, plans and tools;
- -excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- -Fluency in Armenian and English, knowledge of Russian is desirable
- -computer knowledge
