Job Announcement – Trainers 
International Qualifications Division

Term: Part-time

We are seeking highly qualified, motivated, enthusiastic, responsible and student oriented professionals to deliver trainings in the topics:
 
-Strategic leadership 
-Organizational strategy 
-Performance management
-Organizational change
-Personal leadership development 
-Risk management

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Relevant Academic background and/or Qualification in the relevant fields (CMI, ACCA, CIMA, PMP is a plus) 
• MBA or other relevant management degree from top universities is a plus
• Previous experience of delivering training (not necessarily management)
• 5-7 years’ experience in management position
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
• Flexibility and an adaptable teaching style
• Creative skills and ideas for planning practical and interactive lessons
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Student centered approach
