Brief job description:
TIAC announces a job opening for Project Assistant who will be responsible for the general administrative and organizational support to the election observation processes and other projects if needed, as well as for the organization of recruitment and the trainings of the observers. The incumbent will directly report to Project Coordinator.
Job responsibilities:
- Support in the recruitment process of the observers
- Support in the organization of the trainings for the observers
- Provide general administrative and organizational support during the whole process of the election observation and if necessary other projects
- Handle the telephone calls and maintain daily correspondence with the observers and other stakeholders as relevant
- Assist in organization of meetings, events upon necessity
- Drafting letters and invitations upon necessity
Required qualifications:
- Higher education
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent command of Armenian and English
- Detail-oriented personality with an ability to work in a stressful environment
- The knowledge of electoral processes of Armenia will be an asset
