Demeter-eco

"Demeter-Eco" is an environmental and agricultural NGO that focuses on environmental protection and restoration, development of agriculture, the use of biotechnology and environmentally friendly methods of obtaining food culture, and the use of environmentally friendly technologies in various sectors: such as modern technology and biotechnology and their application. 

The aims of the NGO are

a. organize and implement programs aimed at different types of natural and anthropogenic disasters in the region, protection of land and natural resources , rehabilitation and prevention of environmentally-friendly technologies (modern technology and biotechnology) and involvement of highly-qualified specialists. 

b. bioremediation of endangered lands, deforested and contaminated areas with mining wastes.

c. the implementation of projects that aim to restore the number of endangered species of plants and animals in the Red Data Book .

d. waste management / recycling.

e. environmentally-friendly technology, various programs to promote development of agriculture in the rural communities and farming companies.
