Arthur Yavruyan

Biography

Arthur has more than 24 years of experience in creation and management of different organizations. He was the representative of both the representative offices of international corporations in Armenia, and of leading Armenian organizations abroad. Arthur has experience in creating 8 commercial and 2 non-profit organizations, which till now successfully operate in different countries.

Arthur holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship. He is a Certified Business Professional in the following areas: Business management, Sales, Customer service, Business etiquette, Leadership and Business communication. Arthur has international qualification “Certified Business Professional Master Executive level, Instructor”. He is a professor of the Faculty of Management of the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University on the subject of "Sales Techniques" and MBA RAU in subjects "New venture creation and business plan writing", "Effective sales skills" and "Communication and negotiation skills".
 

Arthur has skills in effectively influencing the market, as well as capturing the market shares in aggressive environments, increasing market share, analyzing competitors' strengths and weaknesses, organizing successful negotiations, creating commercial units of organization and staff training.
