BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION | |
Under the general supervision of the Grants Manager, the incumbent is the junior member of the Public Affairs Section’s (PAS’s) grants team, providing support as needed for all Democracy Commission, Alumni Outreach small grants and other Public Diplomacy grants in the areas of grant documents filing, grant solicitation preparation, grant review, and grants monitoring. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED | |

Failure to do so may result in a determination that the applicant is not qualified. - Bachelor degree in social sciences, public administration, business administration or humanities. - 2 years in general office work, programming or funds management. - Level IV (fluent) English and Armenian, Level III (good working knowledge) Russian. - Must be computer literate. |
