Invitation to a Workshop on Inclusive Development by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (in Armenian)
December 3 is the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, which aims to drawing attention to the problems of persons with disabilities, expecting the participation of everyone in addressing these problems.
On this occasion, the National Assembly Standing Committee on Labor and Social Affairs, with the support of the International Republican Institute (IRI), organizes a two-day event on "Inclusive Development" on December 3 and 4.
The purpose of the event is to discuss the agenda of inclusive development in Armenia with National Assembly Members of Parliament, representatives of the Government, organizations of persons with disabilities and international partners to ensure the effective participation of persons with disabilities in various spheres of life.
The event will feature thematic discussions, as a result of which the participants will develop proposals for country's legislative and strategic reforms.
We hereby invite you to participate in the event and kindly ask you to register by completing the below questionnaire by November 22 COB. In order to keep social distancing, the number of participants is limited. The selection will be based upon the time of application, as well as the experience/investment of the organization in the given topic.
Accommodation, food and travel expenses of the participants coming from the regions will be reimbursed.
Body language translation will be available during the event.
