TITLE: Armenian HR Association Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION: Armenian HR Association is looking for a proactive, motivated and very community relations-oriented person, who will join the team and stimulate organizational development. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of tasks. This person must be exceedingly well organized, full of bright ideas, flexible and enjoy the challenges.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure consistent communication with members to take temperatures on existing needs and address them;
- Present the Association to the market to raise market awareness about its activities;
- Work closely with the Association Board;
- Ensure cooperation with various training centers and other organizations to address relevant needs of Association members;
- Prepare and deliver Association annual plan and annual report to stakeholders;
- Prepare and deliver various proposals on Association development projects;
- Support and organize Association various events (HR Clubs, HR Breakfasts, Master classes, etc.) and meetings;
- Support and organize Annual Regional HR Conferences;
- Prepare and follow up Association budget;
- Maintain Association's website and social platforms (Facebook and LinkedIn).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Outstanding communication skills;
- Attention to details;
- Content writing skills in Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
- Advanced user of MS Office.

On 19 May 2010 the Association acquired a status of a legal entity and is now in effect, in compliance with RA Constitution, current RA Legislation, international treaties and HR Association Code. Consequently, HR Club transformed into one of the Association's activities. The Association currently includes around 50 members - the HR Managers of Armenia-based dynamic companies, who are engrossed in the realization of common objectives.
