Consultancy for Literacy Enhancement Curriculum Development

NorArar Education, an NGO located in the Lori region of Armenia, is seeking qualified and experienced organizations or individuals to provide consultancy services for the development of a comprehensive literacy enhancement curriculum and assessments tailored for primary level school-children, including those with special educational needs.
Scope of Work: The selected consultant(s) will be responsible for:
1. Supporting NorArar team with designing a literacy enhancement curriculum that caters to the diverse needs of primary level students.
2. Advising on the development of assessments to measure the effectiveness of the curriculum.
3. Tailoring components of the curriculum to address the specific requirements of children with special educational needs, teachers and special educators.
Criteria for Experience: Applicants should demonstrate:
1. Proven experience in developing literacy enhancement curricula and awareness of current research in the field of literacy development.
2. Expertise in creating assessments that align with educational standards and learning objectives.
3. Previous work in contexts similar to Armenia in inclusive education, especially in catering to children with special educational needs.
4. A track record of successful projects in the education sector.
