Talent Engagement Coordinator at IDeA Foundation
LOCATION: Yerevan, Armenia
JOB DESCRIPTION: IDeA Foundation is looking for a Talent Engagement Coordinator to help the company find and retain outstanding people. The incumbent will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.
To excel as a Talent Engagement Coordinator, he/ she is expected to be experienced in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding. The incumbent should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in IDeA Foundation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts;
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans;
- Advise hiring managers throughout the hiring process and provide recommendations on candidates for hard to fill positions;
- Post positions to appropriate Internet sources, leverage social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter) to market positions and attract a talent;
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit based on technical and culture requirements;
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.);
- Lead employment branding initiatives, as well as university partnership, internship programs;
- Coordinate employee onboarding program providing employee smooth joining experience;
- Assist in employee retention and development;
- Organize and/ or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events;
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement;
- Perform other HR related projects.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field;
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding;
- Knowledge of/ skills in using selection methods and techniques;
- Proficiency in the use of social media and job boards;
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles;
- Excellent communicator;
- Well-organized personality;
- Leader and strategic thinker;
- Fluency in English, Armenian and Russian languages.
