We offer a post of Office Support Agent in the Administration section of the Delegation. Under this post, the recruited person will be attributed functions depending on the needs of the Delegation. Upon recruitment, the successful candidate will occupy a specific job function as Office Support Agent with a primary focus on to administrative and secretarial assistance – this job function may be changed in accordance with the needs of the Delegation. The selected person will manage the incoming correspondence and telephone switchboard system and will provide general administrative support and document management services, as well as carry out general secretarial tasks in Administration Section of the Delegation under the supervision and responsibility of the relevant head of section.
It is full time office work, in multicultural environment, during regular business hours. Place of employment is city Yerevan. The post is in the group 4 with a starting basic salary of step 1 of Local Agents remuneration scheme.

Education
Candidates with a level of education which corresponds to completed high school diploma. Secretarial school studies attested by a diploma or university degree are accepted as an 'asset'
Languages
The candidate should master English at least at C1 level, Armenian at C1 level, and Russian language at least at B1 level.
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of job-related experience in performing duties similar to those mentioned in job description such as reception duties, document/correspondence management and non-specialised translation, coordination, logistic and general administrative support, prevalent administrative support, etc. Job-related experience in international organisations/environment or abroad will be considered as advantage.

Interviews will be held only with short-listed candidates after a written test.
After the interviews the Selection Committee decides which candidates are placed on the reserve list of suitable applicants. This list is valid for a limited period of time.
The selected candidate from the reserve list must undergo a medical examination to ensure that S/he meets the standard of physical fitness required before a job offer is made.
