Communities Finance Officers Association

The Communities Finance Officers Association is one of the key “thought” centers for the local self-government system in Armenia, equipped by modern information and communication systems, staffed by professional experts and specialists and widely known in Armenia and abroad. Established in 1998, the organization has become a platform for comprehensive professional discussions and dialogue for state government bodies, making and implementing policies in the sphere of local self-government, local self-government bodies, and civil society and private sector subjects.  Throughout its operation, the CFOA has developed several important documents concerning the self-government system that have contributed to the strengthening and development of the sphere.
