Information Systems Development and Training Center

During the 15 years of its operation, the Information Systems Development and Training Center has been contributing to the formation and development of information society and democratic and efficient operation of local self-government and other bodies in the RA through application of information and communication technologies. Due to the efforts of the organization a community information system and an Electronic Civil Status Registry have been developed and launched, about 4000 community servants have been trained, the work efficiency of mayors’ offices has increased, the corruption risks have decreased and LG activities have become more transparent and controllable. The organization is sure that a developed information society, electronic government and electronic governance are the bases of the democratic society of the 21st century.
