The topic of the consulting was “Communication and Visibility”; the meeting was led by Ms Isabella Sargsyan, Programme Director at Eurasia Partnership Foundation-Armenia. During the meeting Ms Sargsyan introduced the types of communication and provided useful tips and recommendations on how to effectively use various communication tools and channels. In addition, tailored communication related personal consulting was provided to each CSO. The participants welcomed this initiative and found it very useful. “Thanks to this activity we have got practical knowledge that can be used immediately after getting back to our workplaces. Furthermore, this is a good opportunity to get acquainted with the communication level of our partners and learn from each other’s best practices or mistakes”, noted Ms Narine Ishkhanyan, Communications and Events Manager at CRRC-Armenia. Mr Gharib Harutyunyan, president of “Compass” Research, Training and Consultancy Centre added that the practical tips provided by the expert will enable CSOs to implement their communication strategies more effectively.
