Mapping of CSO Sector. “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” project
Dear representatives of civil society organizations,
Currently the mapping of CSO Sector is underway in the scope of preparatory activities of “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” project. For this purpose of implementation of this research the project experts have elaborated a questionnaire addressed to the CSOs, which you can download from this link. Please fill in the questionnaire and send it back to the following e-mail address: [email protected] by 8th March 2017. Please indicate “CSOs Mapping” in the subject line of your e-mail.
Please note that the selected CSOs would later have an opportunity to participate in the professional training at a university on the following subjects: public oversight/monitoring; evidence-based policy analysis; CSO-Government dialogue; coalition building and development. CSOs, which successfully accomplish the trainings, will have opportunity to apply for the project sub-grants.
The “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” Project, has started on 15 December, 2016 by a consortium of organizations, which consists of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association; “AGORA CE” NGO (Czech Republic), Armenian Center for Democratic Education (CIVITAS), International Center for Human Development Public Organization, SME Cooperation Association, and Union of Communities of Armenia. Armenian Lawyers’ Association is the leading partner of the Consortium.
The overall objective of the Action is to enhance the influence of CSOs on the public policy process in 9 target areas, and the specific objectives are to strengthen the ability of CSOs to build coalitions and to strengthen the ability of CSOs to focus on constructive and strategic policy engagement with local and central government partners.
The target groups are civil society and government stakeholders in the justice, education and business sectors as well as other adjacent sectors that are being identified.
